Ambient food

We hold a food hygiene certificate from South Lanarkshire council which enables us to store and deliver ambient food and drink products around the world. We also offer bespoke fulfilment solutions for the growing free-from market. 

Our warehouses have been designed to accommodate the varied needs of our clients with configurable space and clever systems. Our technology gives you full visibility of product expiry dates and our staff operate on a first-in-last-out system as standard.

Vitamin, supplement & healthcare products

We store and handle supplements and healthcare items in optimal conditions to retain product quality. All healthcare products are kept in dedicated temperature controlled and sterile rooms in our warehouse up until dispatch.

This ensures ideal product efficacy and reduces cross-contamination.  We also source and use custom packaging to safeguard quality during delivery.

Alcohol and drinks

We hold an off-sales license and maintain a temperature-controlled secure room for alcohol and drinks fulfilment.  This enables us to store and distribute gin, beer, wine and other spirits in both wholesales and retail quantities. 

We also source custom moulded packaging to help eliminate order damages during transit.  To support this growing niche, our services extend to kitting, rework and gift-wrapping.


We provide fulfilment solutions tailored for small items.  These are perfect for supporting our clients in the beauty sector.

If your cosmetics and beauty products are classes as luxury items, we provide a range of additional customisation and embellishment options to help you achieve that extra finishing touch.

We also provide kitting services with fast turnaround times to help you offer gift sets and gifts with purchases during Christmas and sales.

White glove

if you are selling fragile or high-value goods, such as gadgets, accessories, jewellery, cosmetics and medical instruments, we provide an extra level of care through our storage, handlign and quality control procedures.

All high value items are kept in sterile and secure storage units monitored 24/7 by CCTV.  These units also feature temperature control and access controls.


A part of the goods in process, every item you send us is barcoded and logged in 3PL Central – our order management system. We use this barcode to track where each item is stored and when it’s picked and packed for delivery.

You receive full access to this data too, through you 3PL Central account. 

So, even though your stock isn’t in your own fulfilment warehouse, you have full control and visibility over your inventory.  We make you know where your items are and how much you’ve got, in real time.

Goods in

You send us your stock, our experienced team inspect it and find a home for it in our warehouse.  After your stock is processed and stored, it’s ready for your first orders.

Pick and Pack

We automatically retrieve your orders from your store.  We pick and pack them accurately and carefully.  You and your customers receive updates in real time.


Packed orders are automatically allocated to the most cost and time effective courier service.  99.8% of orders are successfully delivered on time.
